Learning to fly is a multistep process which involves stages of personal development. Students start off training towards their Private and can go as far as Instructor. Goals could be for personal interest, or for career orientated individuals.
You start off as a Student Pilot receiving training towards a private pilots license allowing you to fly alone and more.
This is a rating and allows you to add it onto your pilots license to fly in the clouds.
This allows you to work for a company that employees pilots to fly their airplane.
Teach others to fly. Optional addons include Instrument Instructor, and Multi Engine Instructor
This addon to a Private or Commercial License allows you to fly twin engine aircraft.
This allows you to fly transport category aircraft.
